Ticket Exchange scheme active for Newcastle clash
19th September 2014
The Ticket Exchange scheme is now active ahead of our home game against Newcastle United on Saturday, October 4.
For the 2014-15 campaign, season ticket holders have the option to sell tickets for games they can't attend and earn a percentage of money back from the sale.
Fans who don't have a ticket for that game will then be able to buy the sellers ticket online.
Ticket Exchange is ONLY activated when a game is a sell-out - which is now the case ahead of the clash with Newcastle.
A season ticket holder who CANNOT attend this game now has the option to go to the online box office and use Ticket Exchange to sell the ticket.
A fan who does not have a ticket for the game can now buy that ticket ONLINE through Ticket Exchange.

For all full-price season packages the upgrade fee from a concession to a full-price ticket will be £17.50 on Category B fixtures and £22.50 on Category A fixtures. The number of upgrades will be unlimited.
Upgrades on discounted seasonal packages, i.e the £79 and £99 concession packages in the South Stand, will not be permitted.
Season ticket holders wishing to upgrade these seats will be charged the full ticket value for that fixture, i.e. £35 for a Category B fixture and £45 for a Category A fixture.
