Tiendalli hails Swans spirit

Dwight Tiendalli hailed the spirit within the camp as Swansea twice came from behind to claim victory at Wigan on Tuesday.
Michael Laudrup's side trailed to Roger Espinoza's goal on the stroke of half-time but the visitors levelled shortly after the restart when Angel Rangel volleyed home.
James McCarthy restored the hosts' lead just a few minutes later before Itay Shechter netted his first goal in Swansea colours with a good finish.
But it was left to Tiendalli to seal the win as the Dutchman slotted home his first goal for the club after some woeful defending from Wigan.
And the defender was quick to praise his team-mates for the part they played in the win as Laudrup's men secured their first victory in eight games.
"We are very happy with the three points," he said. "At half-time the manager told us to show more fight and spirit and we came out quickly.
"But it was an exciting game with a lot of goals. We showed great spirit because we hadn't won in seven games and even though this wasn't one of our best matches, we still came out with the three points which is pleasing.
"I'm happy with my first goal. I knew that if the Wigan defender got a touch on the ball then I had a chance.
"I was slightly off balance which is why I couldn't hit it very well, but a goal is a goal."
The result means Wigan remain in the bottom three with just two games left to play this season.
The Swans, meanwhile, move on to 46 points with a trip to Manchester United to come on Sunday.
And Tiendalli acknowledged the part Wigan played in Tuesday's clash at the DW Stadium, before dedicating the win to the supporters who made the long trip north.
"I think they (Wigan) played well," he said. "They are fighting for everything down at the bottom but this was a good three points for us.
"We are delighted with the win and it is a victory for everyone at the club right from the players and staff to the supporters who were magnificent once again."
