U18s face Boro in PL Cup

Swansea City Under-18s kick off their Premier League Cup campaign at home to Middlesbrough at Fairwood on Saturday (11am).

The young Swans go into the game on the back of their first win of the season with Owen Evans' goal the difference in a 1-0 success over Reading last weekend.

The under-18s failed to progress from the group stage of the cup last season after draws against Derby and West Brom and a defeat to Everton.

They also face Tottenham and Wolves in this season’s competition.
