Swansea City AFC are recruiting for 6 casual positions to work during home fixtures. This post is to ensure all supporters have the best experience when attending the Liberty Stadium.
Working hours will consist of two hours leading up to kick off and up to one hour following the conclusion of the fixture.
As a Match Maker you will form part of the matchday customer service team. You will be expected to hold a friendly and professional disposition and an eagerness to help any supporters who attend the Liberty Stadium. 
Your role is to ensure supporter experiences are maximised and you are able to assist with general Stadium information. 

General duties will include:
•    Providing a friendly welcome to the Liberty Stadium, creating a memorable club welcome and upbeat atmosphere 
•    Be highly proactive; actively identifying supporters who need assistance 
•    Interacting in an engaging manner, creating a connection with supporters and building excitement for the game 
•    Providing up to date stadium information, to include travel options, fixture information etc...
•    Enhancing supporters departure experience and assisting supporters in their onward journey
