We'll be ready for run-in, says Ben

4th March

Ben Davies insists the squad will be refreshed and raring to go when they return to Premier League action.
The Swans were held to a 1-1 draw against Crystal Palace at the Liberty on Sunday in what was the club's eighth game in little over a month.
Garry Monk's side were due to face Arsenal in the league on Saturday, but due to the Gunners' involvement in the FA Cup the match at the Emirates is due to be rearranged.
That means that the Swans now look forward to a two-week break before they welcome West Brom to SA1 on March 15.
And Davies insists the gap in the fixture list will prove to be beneficial after a gruelling schedule saw Pablo Hernandez and Ashley Williams forced off against Palace with injury and illness respectively.
"Perhaps we were lucky to get a draw in the end, but I suppose a point is better than nothing at the end of the day," he said.
"Ash has been struggling with a bit of illness and I think probably the amount of games we've had hasn't helped either.
"We just need to rest wisely now, make sure we look after our bodies and recover properly, then we can go again for the final push.
"With the injuries players are picking up, they were more down to tiredness than anything else really. But we had to fight it out for the last ten minutes really. You've just got to deal with it and we worked hard to get the point in the end.
"It will be a good chance for us to recover properly and there will be no excuses when the Premier League starts back."
