Ash's pride in performance

Ashley Williams felt full of pride with the Swans after they battled to a hard-fought 1-0 victory at Southampton.
Jonjo Shelvey's late stunner was enough to secure all three points for Garry Monk's side, who were made to show their resilience to keep a clean sheet at St. Mary's.
The Swans defended resolutely throughout the game and limited their high-flying opponents to few chances.
And after hitting the post with a long-range effort earlier in the second period, Shelvey smashed home the winner with a sensational 25-yard drive in the 83rd minute.
"I think 'pride' is the word that sums it up," reflected Williams. "We've had a difficult period lately, but the boys that came in today did really well and we showed that extra bit of commitment.
"We wanted to prove something to ourselves and our fans to show that we are better than how we've been playing lately, and I think we did that.
"We've had a few good defensive performances this season, looking back to Sunderland and Everton away, but today's performance is definitely up there.
"We left everything out there, and it's the best feeling in the world when the hard work pays off.
"I think this was the best outcome we could have asked for - a clean sheet and a one-nil win away against a very good side.
"Now it's about building on that. We know that this is a big win for us, but there's a lot more football to be played and work to be done."
Swansea's resilient performance was epitomised by the skipper, who was once again on top of his game to keep the Saints at bay.
Williams performed heroics to maintain the Swans' lead, clearing Sadio Mane efforts off-the-line on two occasions.
"Fabs (Fabianski) made some good stops today and helped us, so when it was the only time he got beat, you've got to help your mate out.
"I'm just pleased I followed up with the play and got in the two blocks."
