Do you have experience in health training and in supporting volunteers? Would you like to join the Hearty Lives Neath Port Talbot team? 
The project's main objective is to contribute to reducing Cardiovascular Disease amongst men and adults with minor mental health problems living in the most disadvantaged 10% of communities in Neath Port Talbot. 
The project is run jointly with Neath Port Talbot Council for Voluntary Service and is funded by the British Heart Foundation, the Premier League and Professional Footballers Association.

Health Trainer
This is a part-time role (17.5 hours per week) with a salary of £19,731 per annum pro rata.
The role entails training and supporting local volunteers to promote positive health messages in their communities, and delivering health based workshops within the community.
