Graham Potter says contract talks are continuing at Swansea City despite a rash of new deals being agreed.

Connor Roberts has today put pen to paper on a fresh agreement which ties him to the Swans until the summer of 2022.

The Wales right-back follows in the footsteps of Joe Rodon, Jay Fulton and Matt Grimes, who have also signed new Liberty contracts this month.

But Potter has indicated that further deals are in the pipeline as the Swans look to secure the futures of various members of their squad.

“There are more talks going on,” he said at his pre-match press conference ahead of Saturday’s clash with Norwich.

“There are a few players whose contracts are up next summer and that process is going on.

“These things go on between the club and the players and you respect the fact that they take time.

“Then, when we have got something to announce, we will announce it.”
