Narrow defeat for young Swans

14th October 2013

Swansea City Under-18s suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat at home to Birmingham on Saturday (Oct 12).

In what was a tight encounter, two second-half goals for the Blues were enough to give them victory at Landore.

After going behind early on in the second-half, a well-timed header from Kyle Copp put the Swans back on terms.

However, with 20 minutes remaining, Birmingham regained their one-goal advantage.

The Swans battled hard to find an equaliser, but the visitors managed to hold on to their slender lead.
