Summer transfer deadline details

The Championship’s summer transfer window will close at 5pm on August 8, 2019, following a vote by clubs at an EGM held earlier today.

The deadline falls in line with the Premier League and means the Swans will have until that date to complete all incoming permanent and loan registrations.

However, as League One and League Two clubs have voted for a deadline of August 31 to finalise all permanent and loan registrations, the Swans will be able to sell or loan players to clubs in the third and fourth tier until the end of the month.
